Session Schedule for 2023-2024 Season
Our team practices through the entire year. We divide the season in 7 week sessions. Meets below.
7 week Sessions for 2023-2024
There may be some days off through the year due to Diving meets being held at Purchase College or Special Holidays. These will be communicated to team members as soon as they are known through email.
Early Fall - 9/6/23-10/21/23
Late Fall - 10/23/23-12/9/23
Early Winter - 12/11/23-2/3/24 (No Diving 12/25/23-1/1/24)
Late Winter - 2/5/24-3/23/24
Early Spring - 3/25/24-5/11/24
Late Spring - 5/13/24-6/22/24 (6 week session)
(On-time payment is due one week in advance of the first day of the session).
Most divers elect to dive through the entire season on our team. A unique feature about our team is a full year commitment is not required. You can elect to take a session off and return to a later session, however, there are limited spots available every session, so you are allowed to return only if a spot available.
For Summer Diving go to fscamps.com for diving with High Dive Champion Coaches. Diving Camp at Future Stars runs on a weekly basis, with a 2-week minimum. Future Stars Diving Camp normally runs the last week of June through the second week of August, Mondays through Fridays 9:00am-4:00pm.
Days Off
There are a few days where we are off due to holidays or a meet being held at the Purchase pool.
We will not have practice on the following days:
December 9th - New Jersey Meet
December 15th thru 17th - Swim meet @ Purchase
December 25th thru January 1st - Xmas Break
January 5th & 6th - Swim meet @ Purchase
January 27th - Swim meet @ Purchase

Most meet activity is still to be confirmed but we plan on diving at the following meets.
October 28 - High Dive Champions Halloween Team Meet
November 18th - Greenwich YMCA Invite, Greenwich, CT
December 9th - Jersey Diving Academy Invite - Ewing, NJ
Feb 2nd New Canaan YMCA Invite, New Canaan, CT
March 16-17th The Kimball Cup, Purchase, NY
April 20-21st U.S. Diving Region Meet - Purchase, NY
May 9-12th YMCA Nationals, Ft. Lauderdale, FL
Our regular meet schedule starts in October on the Saturday before Halloween (This year 10/28/24). High Dive Champions has a Halloween meet for team members only. This gives our divers a chance to have some fun, dressing up in their Halloween costumes for pictures before the meet. And then a 4-dive practice meet to get a chance to get some meet experience before our season gears up.
We attend approximately one diving meet a month starting in November, where we travel locally (New York, New Jersey, Connecticut). In May-August we compete in Regional, Zone and National Championship meets where the sites are decided each individual year. Those sites and dates will be posted here as soon as they are announced.
